Session 3: ENERGY READING & FLOW

Most of our communication is happening on an energetic level. We are unconsciously picking up on information at all times. The trouble is, we typically “read” and “translate” energy through our own mind filters – our past memories, the beliefs we’ve developed, decisions we’ve made etc. 

This session will initiate you into working with Energy directly and a lot more effectively.  

The energetic field is rich with information for unlocking Flow in all areas of our lives. 

During this session, you will discover how to read energy (for instance the energy of the room) in a way that is healthy for you, your life, your flow and it will also be very beneficial for your coaching clients. 

Your Life (Energy) is talking to you at all times – and this session will help you to hear what your Life has got to say and let it show you who you really are… a limitless creator!
